Welcome to Another Unit
On behalf of Birney's Division and the 2d Battalion, I would like to welcome Lt Vern Woodruff and the boys of the 4th OVI to our ever growing circle of friends!As the former company commander of the 5th Ohio, I have had the pleasure to work with the 4th. They are a fine bunch of lads and it is great to have them with us.
